The deets: Cask-aged, Organic Balsamic Vinegar from Modena Italy. A multi-year refinement process in high quality wood made from acetified grape must matured using the Solar method of blending. It tastes like it has been aged 25 years.


Seriously, this is the stuff that you hide in the pantry. Drizzle on soups, Roasted Vegetables, Chicken that is a little "one note", Salads and Vanilla Ice Cream. I've even swapped out Maple Syrup and used it on my Yogurt or Overnight Oats. Don't be afraid to experiment.

The aroma is penetrating and persistent with Port and Madeira undertones.
